Super/Ultra Street Fighter IV costume issues...

Hello, I have both the original Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition with USFIV addon installed on my Xbox One. I've been having trouble with the Complete Alternate Costume pack from the original SFIV. I heard awhile back that the
DLC costumes from the original can be transferred to Super/Ultra SFIV if I already bought the pack.

The trouble is that I don't see them whenever I play Super/Ultra SFIV on Xbox One. I also found out I'm not the only one with the issue. That being said, I'm asking if there's a fix or a workaround that'll hopefully resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition Marketplace

Super and Ultra "complete" packs will give you all the costumes (1440 MSP each). You can also use the costume pack for Street Fighter IV with Super Street Fighter IV.

I believe that the new characters will get new costumes later.

Will you be buying Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition?

Greetings, buy in preorder the 30 anniversary game of Street Fighter which offered me a digital copy of Street Fighter IV Arcade Edtion

Unfortunately I still do not receive the corresponding code for the Super Ultra Street Fightr IV game, it's been more than three weeks.

I have the same exact problem. I preordered the game at March 20, 2018 and I still have not received any codes for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade edition and Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Please Microsoft sent them as soon as possible.
