    Ich warte jetzt schon seit einigen ragen auf Hilfe oder zumindest einem Statement zu meinem Problem mit dem vip pass. 2 mal auf diesem Wege hier gepostet, nix. Kundenservice sagte, nach 2 Tagen meldet sich spätestens jemand, nix.

    Wofür kaufe ich für 20 Euro einen vip pass, der nicht funktioniert und dann scheint es Microsoft völlig egal zu sein. Dem Kunden helfen?, warum?, er hat doch gezahlt. So langsam bekommen ich echt zuviel und ich bin normalerweise ein ruhiger Typ.

    Mein Geld bekomm ich auch nicht zurück. Ich warte hier jetzt eine Woche auf ein Statement oder Hilfe und wenn nix passiert mache ich das, was mir sowieso schon von allen geraten wird. Konsole wird verkauft.

    I am now waiting for some to stand for help or at least a statement to my problem with the vip pass. 2 times on this way posted here, nothing. Customer service said, after 2 days at the latest someone, nix.

    For what I buy for 20 euros a vip pass that does not work and then it seems Microsoft does not care. Help the customer, why? He has paid. So slowly I get really too much and I am usually a quiet type.

    I do not get my money back. I wait here a week for a statement or help and if nothing happens I do what I am already guessed by all of them. Console is sold.

    Wha? .....no Super HD mode? Seriously?

    No content on Netflix shows up as Super HD (and my ISP, Virgin, supports Netflix's Content Servers for Super HD).

    Not impressed.

    Let's see if we can get you sorted so you can drive your cars in Forza Motorsport 6. Super Support ... NICHT! :)

    I see you mentioned you have the VIP pass which is good. In order to access the cars available to you as a Forza Motorsport 6 VIP, you'll need to purchase the cars using in-game credits. From the in-game menu, go to 'Cars', then 'Find
    a Car
    '. Select the desired manufacturer and you should see the VIP cars listed.

    If you don't see the cars there, post back and let us know and we'll take another look!

    Thats Not correct. The Cars in the vip must bei for free. I know That because on my First account they were free. By friends Too.

    And whats about the double credit Bonus? Ich dont have them. And whats with the community Gifts?

    I have nothing from the vip pass.

    Thanks for coming back with extra information.

    Can you provide us a screenshot of your in-game menu in Forza Motorsport 6? We're specifically looking for the top right of your screen where your Gamertag is listed. We want to be sure that your VIP pass is reflected in game so you should see a gold crown
    by your name. Once we have that, we can take another look. Super Support ... NICHT! :)

    Thank you for that screenshot, that helps a lot! What you'll want to do at this point is reach out to our

    phone team
    and ask for a refund of the VIP pack you purchased as it is not working correctly. Once you get the refund, go ahead and purchase the

    Forza Motorsport 6 VIP
    pack again. Hopefully that should force your account to update to VIP status and provide you access to all the VIP content in the game.

    I understand this is a frustrating issue and that you just want to play with the cars you should have. Doing the above will hopefully help get you on the road quickly. If that doesn't work, post back to us and we'll take another look and see if we can't
    figure out what's going on.

    nothing helped. Called the Microsoft support, gott my 20€ back and bought IT over PC. Nothing. I think the Problem is by turn10. And they Not helping. Forza forum Are so many Users with Same Problem.
