I'm still having a problem with slow speeds downloading Project Cars.

Location: Massachusetts

ISP: Comcast

My speeds picked up big time last night and downloaded games fine. haven't tried today, but it looks like it could have been fixed.

Its still slow here in europe (vodafone germany, just 4-5 mbit/s instead of 50!)

Uh, false alarm. Over wifi i got speeds around 35mbits, with my wired connection its just 5, dunno whats going on here

Still not working in Phoenix, AZ. Trying to download a 13GB patch for Dead Rising and goes up 1% every 20 minutes. Download speed is about 1.5-2.2!Mbps out of a 25mbps connection. Before this happened I could download something larger than that in less than
an hour or two. This update has taken all day and is still not even close to completing.

Am in the same boat, downloading something, drops my download and upload speed dramatically compared to what it's suppose to. Latency and Packet loss jumps up as well. But the moment I pause my download, everything works fine again. Only goes to crap when
downloading. Never happened before, and it started acting this way since Thursday. My computer and Ps4 work fine when downloading something, but my Xbox One won't.

I've seen extremely little improvement this morning, but its still extremely slow. I atleast am inching towards 100% for my TU update for Far Cry 4, which has been installing since yesterday morning.
