Super disappointed Microsoft

Super disappointed, I bought an Xbox one X on Saturday due to seeing the promo for Sea of thieves to be given free if purchased from March 18-24. ( advertised on Xbox.com and Major Nelson) so I drove over to my “hick” town Walmart. Bought the Xbox one X,
set it up. Upon completion I figured I would get a promo code in my inbox for the game. NOPE. Went onto chat with Microsoft, and the rep said they would elevate the issue. I Called today and the said they can’t do a thing about it. Now they have a promo to
get a free game. Man I got Totally hosed. Worst part is I am really mad about it but due to being Canadian I couldn’t do a “Jerry McGuire freak out” about it. I could only choke out a thanks. #Leave the money on the nightstand

Aww, was just about to post them lol.

Sucks they sound super easy again though. Pretty disappointed with the majority of Halo 4's achievements.

Is there any hope for Gears 4?

I sure hope it isn't the same. I haven't play halo 5, but if the campaign is super short than I would be really disappointed.

Was Walmart a participating retailer of this deal? The ad for this says it is a promo offer at participating retailers. Did Walmart confirm that they are participating in this promo?

That is something you would have 5o contact Wal-Mart about. You would have to get the game at the same time as the console so it would be discounted.

So does Microsoft plan on paying for the cost of shipping my unit with tracking both ways? And how long will I be inconvenienced with having nothing to game with in the interim? I'm really super disappointed at the product quality of my investment in this console. This is unbelievable and a HUGE disappointment that such a major component is inferier in these units.

Super Smash Bros U looks interesting, Super Mario 3D World disappointing (I was expecting an amazing new 3D Super Mario game), Mario Kart 8 also interesting.

I agree. Minecraft ray tracing should of been ready for the Xbox Series X release. Really hope Microsoft announces something soon. I was disappointed when they dropped the Super duper pack. Draw distance should be also better on next gen consoles!
