Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

For the most part Rockstar won't do anything, unless you ask them to of course. They are sort of tend to not ban/supend people because they received money involuntarly

I agree 100% also the modders & hackers are going to attack the x1 like no other console in history

ohh MS you created lots of xbox hackers with your RROD is anybody still supending their power bricks in midair??

My spam folder is empty and my suspension is permanent, not temporary. I never received a single email related to the case review. What do you mean by "buggy period"? The site was broken when my account was supended and it did not show the suspension and the reason or duration. Weeks later the issue was finally fixed and I submitted a case review.
