Discus and support SunsetOverdrive- "Failed to connect to game server" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Just like the title says, I can't do multiplayer (Chaos Squad) no matter what I do.     SunsetOverdrive- "Failed to connect to game server"


    Just like the title says, I can't do multiplayer (Chaos Squad) no matter what I do.

    Everytime I try I search for a game, then it goes to a loading screen, and then I'm given the "Failed to connect to game server." Why is this? I can play multiplayer in every other game I have. And I've been trying to get onto chaos squad since last night,
    about 20 different tries at different times, with no luck. I've also not found anyone having the same difficulties.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Sorry to hear about the multiplayer issue. If you're still experiencing this issue, try a full power cycle followed by

    troubleshooting multiplayer connection issues    . I see that you are playing other games online just fine, but I'd like too have you run through those to see if we can catch anything else. To power cycle, follow the steps below.

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • When powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes,
    • Plug back in and power on the Xbox One console.
    • Follow the troubleshooting steps
      here      .
