Sunset Overdrive

    I have a problem when starting the game, it says that i dont have xbox live or ea acces subsciption, i allready talked to the support and managers.

    Sunset Overdrive

    Sorry to hear it. EA Access has nothing to do with Sunset Overdrive. If you have purchased the game on your account and are having trouble with playing it then try the following steps one at a time.

    1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down

    2. Delete the game, power cycle then redownload

    3. Factory reset the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.

    As for the Xbox Live membership, if you have a membership you can check the status at this link https://account.microsoft.com/services

    i did all of this even before going to livr support and after wasting 1 hour and a half with them, they send me here and now you are telling me the same thing?
