sunset overdrive wont work

I just did redeemed my sunset overdrive code and while it says it worked the game is not showing up in the queue, and wont let me access it all ?

I got the sunset overdrive bundle and the 14 day trial is not working and not only that i wont be able to play the new call of duty this weekend without it, please help!

To better assist you, will you be able to relay to me if you purchased the game directly from the Microsoft store, if you are playing via Game Pass or potentially purchased the title through Steam?

If by chance you're playing through Game Pass, please ensure that the Xbox app is up to date. You can do this by navigating to the Microsoft store app, hovering over to the top right corner of the application (near your profile icon), then selecting the ellipses which is showcased by a set of three dots. Once the ellipses are selected, you should see a drop-down menu and the option to check "downloads and updates". If you're Xbox app is due for an update, go ahead and run the update, restart the application, then try to relaunch the game.
