    Sunset Overdrive - Where's my Season Pass?


    Two days ago I bought Deluxe Edition of Sunset Overdrive on the Xbox Store (digital download). That day I downloaded 8 items within the pack:

    1. The game

    2. Acordes de la muerte (Weapon)

    3. Hardcore hammer (Weapon)

    4. Nothin' but the hits (Weapon)

    5. The hangover (Weapon)

    6. It's Me, Fizzie (Outfit)

    7. Season pass

    8. Season pass bonus content

    Today, the season pass went missing. If I selected Sunset Overdrive in "My games and Apps" and select "Manage game" on the menu, the season pass is not there whith the rest of the stuff anymore (not even in the "Ready to install" list)

    I uninstalled everything, and tried to download everything again, but the season pass is not on the list of items to download (only the season pass bonus content). I can only find the season pass as a stand alone add-on item and I can't download it without
    paying.

    Where's my season pass that comes with the deluxe edition?

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately this sounds like a billing issue that we cannot help with. Please log in to commerce.microsoft.com to access the payment info or load up the email you received from Microsoft when you purchased the item and have it handy.

    Alien: Isolation Season Pass troubles

    I have the same problem where I have purchased the season pass for alien isolation and the season pass for sunset overdrive and are both stuck installing but both say they take up 0mb of data and wI'll not install what is this issue is there a solution to
    this as for sunset overdrive I purchased the day one deluxe edition or pre-purchased where the season pass was included but wasn't and I needed to go back and pay £15 to still get no download as both do not install the issue has only been with season passes
    and not actual dlc what is the issue?

    Hey there DynomiteDobson8!

    Sorry to hear about the Season Pass issue. Let's make sure it's not in the 'Ready to install' queue. Navigate to the Sunset Overdrive tile and press the menu button on your controller to get to 'Manage game'. When you're in the Manage Sunset Overdrive screen,
    the 'Ready to install' group should have all of your digital items listed, including the Sunset Overdrive Season Pass.

    Check there and let us know if you're able to download it! :D

    Dying Light Ultimate Edition not showing as purchased.

    I'm not sure what the issue is with Sunset Overdrive, but the Dying Light season pass hasn't activated yet. Thats why you haven't gotten your weapons and outfits. Supposedly, the season pass will be available sometime this month. I hope this helped somewhat.

    Same Problem here. I ordered the Deluxe Digital Version of Sunset overdrive. Everything is fine except the Season pass. It shows 19.99$ at the store. And it is not in the Install Queue. It is not really funny..
