Sunset Overdrive Season Pass not shown as purchased, not appearing in game

Update: I checked my bank account and looks like the season pass was refunded to me, for literally no reason. I never asked for one or contacted anyone. I don't know why it happened, but I read that you only get one refund over the xbox store, and I really
hope this doesn't count as mine for any future transactions I may have, otherwise I'd really have been *** out of it. Anyways, I repurchased the season pass and some of the items appeared in game, but not all, so I deleted and am reinstalling the one not
showing up overnight, being the "Mooil Rig" one. Hopefully that will fix it. Side note, Every time I go to the Sunset Overdrive page or any of its add-ons, the keyboard appears on the bottom of my screen and I have to exit it.

I have the same problem where I have purchased the season pass for alien isolation and the season pass for sunset overdrive and are both stuck installing but both say they take up 0mb of data and wI'll not install what is this issue is there a solution to
this as for sunset overdrive I purchased the day one deluxe edition or pre-purchased where the season pass was included but wasn't and I needed to go back and pay £15 to still get no download as both do not install the issue has only been with season passes
and not actual dlc what is the issue?

Sorry to hear about the Season Pass issue. Let's make sure it's not in the 'Ready to install' queue. Navigate to the Sunset Overdrive tile and press the menu button on your controller to get to 'Manage game'. When you're in the Manage Sunset Overdrive screen,
the 'Ready to install' group should have all of your digital items listed, including the Sunset Overdrive Season Pass.

Sunset Overdrive is now available on Windows 10 and Steam, so here is a few things you should know about!

• This game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game. Users who purchased the game on Xbox One will need to purchase the Windows 10 version as well if they wish to play on Windows.
• This game is not a part of Game Pass on Windows 10. It will remain in the Xbox One Game Pass library but that access will not extend to the Windows 10 platform for Game Pass subscribers.
• Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer on Windows 10
• Sunset Overdrive will only be available via Game Pass on Xbox One and will not be available through Game Pass on Windows 10.
  
• The Windows 10 version of Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer features.
• There is no subscription required to play on Windows 10.
• As this game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, the game saves will not transfer from the Windows 10 platform to the Xbox One platform.
