Sunset Overdrive save issues

Make sure your account is connected to your profile correctly. Check your xbox's network connection.

If the save was not successful then you probably won't be able to recover it. Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to load up your save data on your game.

On the PC, the
title you are referring to supports Cloud Storage, so you might want to make sure your Xbox App has you connected to Xbox Live.

This can be done by following
these steps:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select Settings, and then select Network & Internet.
3. Make sure that the network you're connected to shows as Connected.
4. If your network does not show as Connected or if you're having connectivity problems, scroll to the bottom of the page and select
   Network and Sharing Center. From there, select Troubleshoot problems and follow the instructions

If you can confirm that you are connected, then you should be able to sync your save data and pick up where you left off.

Sunset Overdrive is now available on Windows 10 and Steam, so here is a few things you should know about!

• This game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game. Users who purchased the game on Xbox One will need to purchase the Windows 10 version as well if they wish to play on Windows.
• This game is not a part of Game Pass on Windows 10. It will remain in the Xbox One Game Pass library but that access will not extend to the Windows 10 platform for Game Pass subscribers.
• Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer on Windows 10
• Sunset Overdrive will only be available via Game Pass on Xbox One and will not be available through Game Pass on Windows 10.
  
• The Windows 10 version of Sunset Overdrive will not have online multiplayer features.
• There is no subscription required to play on Windows 10.
• As this game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, the game saves will not transfer from the Windows 10 platform to the Xbox One platform.
