    First of all I suggest you perform a full reboot, check if OS and drivers are updated and check if you are logged in with the right profile.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game if your on Xbox? If you on PC you can type in search Apps and Features, then click on the game, then click advanced options and then from here you can reset and repair the game.

    Did you make sure you purchased the PC version and that your computer meets all the requirements to play it ?
