    Sunset Overdrive Problem


    Sunset Overdrive deluxe edition on my xbox one doesn't award achievements. I purchased sunset overdrive a few weeks ago on the pre-order section of the xbox store and on release day i played it, after hrs of play time a gain zero achievement idk if its a
    preorder problem because of so many editions or what? pease fix! also my console isn't displaying gamerpics

    Sunset Overdrive Problem

    Hey xCE3,

    You can try to clear the persistent storage: Go to settings---->Disc and Blue Ray---->Persistent storage, then clear the persistent storage 3 times.

    Then perform a hard reset on the console: Turn off your console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds, then plug in the cords, and turn on your console.

    That should help with the console displaying gamer pics. As for the achievements, just give it 72 hours from when the first achievement should have been unlocked. There is a weird issue with Gamerscore and achievements lately.

    I gave those options a go and am still encountering the problem specifically only on Sunset Overdrive. I tried using one of my other Xbox consoles and had the same issues there specifically targeted once again at sunset overdrive unfortunately
