Sunset overdrive not working

So I just decided to download Sunset overdrive because it looked cool and waited until today blah, blah blah, but when I launched it I was greeted with a message saying suggested specifications not met, it said expect reduced gameplay (I was only below 2.98 GHz by 9, 2.89 GHz) didn't think it would matter and I'm assuming It doesn't with the other people having the same problem but just in case I am wondering if it can be because of that or just the game not working in general
