My phone does 1080P It's nowhere near as powerful

So, looking forward to some real reviews from real gamers that aren't brand wh&*(^ . I'm really on the fence with this game but I really think it's going to hold way more content then destiny and wipe the dust off my xb1, fingers crossed ladies

Compairing Upscale and Native 1080p is like campairing buffed out, decades old, sun baked paint on a junkyard Chevy to a showroom new 2015 Diablo.

Sure the Chevy looks good, but thats just cosmedics while underneeth. Its still a rust bucket.

If I had a choice to watch only one episode of Game of thrones in 720 or a whole season of that awful Kardashion show in 1080p, which do you think I'd choose? What would you? Lol. I choose substance over matter...

 

Botha Forza's are native dude so is Destiny as are a slew of other titles. It's clear it's certain devs who can't do it or be bothered not that the machine lacks the power to do so. Keep up the fiction champ.

 

alot of games on xbox one are native 1080p even diablo 3 is. can i just say when ryse was announced to be 900p the internet lost it mind yet when killzone said there online game wasnt native 1080p no one cared

 

all this res talk means nothing to me as my tv is set to 720p because it makes the text bigger so i dont have to wear my glasses all the time lol

 

It's okay news and it doesn't bother me but it feels to me that Xbox One cannot handle 1080p/60fps. Which annoys me a bit seeming it's the now gen thing. Would expect a lot more.

 

Or....you could just ignore the bs that both sides like to spew?? Just my opinion, but by participating in these arguments (in an echo chamber, mind you) nothing is being gained (or lost, for that matter)...just a

point in time is absurd.

 

Which is sad to be honest illusion. Resolution is part of game design just like any other, yet try to talk about it and people start daubing themselves green and pulling out the purple trousers.

If resolution is all you care about then wait for the inevitable poorly optimised PC port.

 

but yet, this thread wasn't meant to be about resolution, but the over emphasis placed upon studios to create 1080p worlds, but at a possible cost to the environment or gameplay.
