Sunset Overdrive glitch?

So sunset overdrive is installing. The thing is, I didn't purchase the game. Is this a bug and will it get removed, or do I actually get to keep the game? I just don't want to get banned for playing the game if it sticks to the hard drive.

Have any of their friends ever logged into their accounts on your console? If so, they may set yours as their home xbox, which means anything they purchase will automatically download and install on yours. If this is the case, you can play it without any
problems as this is the way the system is designed to work.

You set one console as your "Home Xbox" and any account can play any of your content without having to buy it again on that console. That way, they can log in on any console and play their games and download purchases anywhere, but anything downloaded to
a console other than the home xbox will need them to be signed in to be used.

 

This might actually be the case because I haven't set my account to be my home xbox. I bought my xbox one from someone off of craigslist a while back. He deleted his account so everything was supposed to be gone, but all that he had purchased is still available
for download even the preview updates.

I just can't know for sure if he bought another and started playing again. Thanks
