Sunset Overdrive Fizzy Loyalty Package DLC not working.

Recently, I got a code from Xbox via XBL about Sunset Overdrive. I've tried to redeem the code on the 360 since I was online on there at the time & it didn't work. Since it was new I was going to try it later on if it didn't work straight away. I was going
to try it today on the One to see if it will work & the message with the code isn't there anymore.

Microsoft Store.com Sunset Overdrive Pre-order DLC

I preordered my copy of Sunset Overdrive through Microsoft Store.com. The game was delivered UPS today, but there was no codes for the pre-order DLC in my package. Was this sent via email? What am I missing here? Thank you!

 

Messages expire after 30 days, but I think the Fizzie message was much more recently than that. Did you accidentally delete it?

I don't know quite how the system worked, but if messages were tied to Gamertags it may be possible for a Support Agent to look into it and help you out.

That's a good point when I haven't notice. Also recently a friend said he redeemed his so you maybe right. I think the message may have somehow got deleted although I'm unsure how. I talk to support again & see if they could recover that message. Thanks

I chat to support again but they're unable to recover it. I got in contact with insomniac games via support ticket & linked them here to see if they can help. This was also suggest by support & is my last option if anything. Fingers crossed.
