    Sunset Overdrive disappeared with confirmation (redeem code)


    I just type in the redeem code and press the confirm button to download Sunset Overdrive. It appeared a confirmation text. Well, I confirmed. It said it was successes. So I waited and waited and nothing changed. I have checked the 'ready to install'
    section. But nothing there. I even restart the Xbox one. still nothing happens. Is there a deadline for a redeem code? Also its my second day on using the xbox one, I don't know does it matters. However I am able to install other games. Do I have to send an
    email to Microsoft or something?

    Sunset Overdrive download disappeared

    Hi guys, I just got my Sunset Overdrive Xbox One, and just got it set up. I went entered my Sunset Overdrive code and it started to download, but then it disappeared from my download queue and I can't figure out how to get it back. Please help me!

    Can you check your Microsoft Account that is associated to your Gamertag by signing-in this to:
    http://billing.microsoft.com then see your Payment Options if a value of currency stored value is showing there equivalent to the cost of the base game of Sunset Overdrive that can be purchased via
    Xbox Store? There's a chance that what you have redeemed is an actual currency stored value as you will need to use this to purchase the said game.

    To check your games' licenses for Xbox One, please sign-in your Microsoft Account Email to
    Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices > Click your Gamertag located on the upper-right of the page > Select Profile > On the profile section, click My Games > Choose Xbox One Games.
