Sunset Overdrive Digital Day One Delux Edition issue

Okay so. I'm wondering what is going on and why is it happening.. So a couple weeks back I decided to pay for and pre-download the day one delux edition of sunset overdrive, it gives me everything (including the season pass bonus) except for the season pass.
And it is saying I still have to buy the season pass... What's up with that???

Sorry to hear about the Season Pass issue. Let's make sure it's not in the 'Ready to install' queue. Navigate to the Sunset Overdrive tile and press the menu button on your controller to get to 'Manage game'. When you're in the Manage Sunset Overdrive screen,
the 'Ready to install' group should have all of your digital items listed, including the Sunset Overdrive Season Pass.

Check there and let us know if you're able to download it!

 

I am having this same issue. When I check the store, it is requiring me to buy the season pass still and will not allow me to download it without purchasing it even though I bought it with the Day One Deluxe Edition.

 

Did you try the steps that Mister Beep suggested?

 

Same here. Seasonpass still requires payment.

 

I don't see why Xbox haven't sorted this issue out. I have spoken to them about this and they have done nothing to help me. I have also checked in my ready to install section an it is not their and i have reset my Xbox and still nothing

If you guys do not see the Season Pass in the 'Ready to install' group, would you guys be able to post the date when your Sunset Overdrive Day One Deluxe Edition was purchased? That info will help us a lot!

 

I have a different issue. Purchased the XBOne + Sunset Overdrive Bundle and got it today. But after I tried to redeem the code (the Store told me I succeded in activating) the game wasn't displayed in "My Games"

 

L0rdxZer0, since your issue is a bit different, I would recommend post a separate thread with any details you have and any troubleshooting steps you have tried. That way you can get support tailored to you!

 

However, I will mention that the bundle comes with two codes. One for DLC and one for the game. Please scratch the whole area to find the second code.

 

Hi, I bought the delux edition on Okt 29th. When I look at the season pass it still requires payment. Season pass bonus content is fine and showing as installed.

 

Same Problem here. I ordered the Deluxe Digital Version of Sunset overdrive. Everything is fine except the Season pass. It shows 19.99$ at the store. And it is not in the Install Queue. It is not really funny..

 

i have this same problem i have check any where it would be it also say i still need to buy the deluxe edition even though i have most dlc and game just not season pass and some of the gums and outfits I would like this to be fixed as soon as possible please
or something else to take its place i have already played most the game and now i feel a little upset that i did not get to have the dlc through out my first play through
