Sunset overdrive code cannot be redeemed

This morning I was surprised to get a Xbox one sunset overdive bundle for Christma. After the initial set up I proceded to redeem the code for the game, which was successful, and then leave it to download. After experiencing the issues with Xbox lives service
today I decided to restore my Xbox to its factory settings because at the time I believed it was a hardware issue. After completing the setup again sunset overdrive was nowhere to be found on my dashboard and the code had now already be claimed, who can I
call to fix this problem or recieve a new code?

Sunset Overdrive..Where is it?

Today I got the Sunset Overdrive edition Xbox One Console. I went to the games tab and redeemed my digital download code for Sunset Overdrive. I got the message "You now own Sunset Overdrive Day One Edition."

However, when I go to "My games and apps," the game is nowhere to be found. Not even in the queue. When I go to each version of Sunset Overdrive in the store, it gives me an option to purchase the game, but not download it.

I started downloading the free games available and all of those seem fine.

I essentially just redeemed the code, got the confirmation, but the download never started. And I cannot re-enter the code.

Any advice, guys?

Sorry to hear it. First off, the card that you got has two codes on it. One for the DLC and one for the game. Be sure you scratch the entire area to make sure you claim everything. As for the code you did claim, head to My Games & Apps and scroll all
the way to the right until you see Ready to Download. If it was the full game then it should be listed there. If it was the DLC you can try searching the store to see if you can find it.
