Sunset Overdrive bundled game has been lost?

Hi, I bought the Sunset Overdrive bundle (Limited Edition White Console) and it came with a redemption code for the digital version of the game. As I was new to Xbox One, I didn't realize you had to wait or press X or something to begin launching it. I know
the game was redeemed because it said "congrats, I now own the game" (or words to that effect) but there is literally NO HISTORY of it on my console! I've tried troubleshooting at Xbox.com but it keeps telling me the game should be located under My Games/Apps,
but it isn't. Unfortunately, I can't resubmit the code because I trashed it after use. Xbox 360 had a download history, but it appears Xbox One doesn't. Any solutions?

For the first few days, I kept checking this forum but when my thread slipped to page 3, I soon realized that nobody gave a *** (or that's the impression). Am glad to hear I wasn't the only one who got gypped at the checkout... because until there's some
resolution to (our) probs, ain't no way I'm repurchasing the digital edition!

On a sidenote: I had a redeem token for Sunset Overdrive DLC (outfit & weapon) and it installed without a hitch. But can I find THAT item anywhere in my 'apps'? No sirree.

 

Sorry didn't see your post. The card that your redeem code came on has a code for the game and the DLC. If you still have the card please scratch the entire area to reveal the other code.

If you did redeem both codes on the card you can check your past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. If the website shows your redemption of the game but you still do not have it then contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America

There were TWO codes? Ugh, never in the history of my entire software library have I been so negligent with a card. In my excitement to set up the Xbox One, I totally did not see the extra code (and it's still a mystery to me why I trashed the card when
in the history of my blah de blah I have ALWAYS kept every piece of game-related paraphernalia).

It's my own fault (I guess), so that's Sunset Overdrive done for me. I don't live in North America, and to be honest, it's not that big of a deal to be chasing up a digital version when I've always preferred true 'ownership' of a physical disc. Thanks for
