    Hello,

    I have talked with Xbox live support ( reference number 1268370908 ) about the free Ryse download promotion for buyers of the Sunset Overdrive console bundle who play online before November 1st. I believe I meet all the criteria, and Xbox support verified
    this as well, but I have not received an email or message about the promotion. Can you please take a look at this issue for me?

    Ryse game token not received and have signed into xbox live on 31st

    I have bought a xbox one white sunset overdrive bundle on 31st october but I signed into xbox live at 7 - 8pm but I haven't anything regarding ryse full game download token and there is a promotion going on when you sign into the sunset overdrive xbox one
    bundle before 31st you will get a message from xbox live that contains the ryse token that I haven't got ?

    From what I've been able to find out online it seems that offer was to random players and not everyone got one. However, perhaps one of the support agents can post here to confirm that.
