Sunset Overdrive Bundle Download?

I just picked up my new xbox one! It came with the sunset overdrive bundle + full game.

I had put the code in the "redeem code" section, then it says "congrats, you got this game blahablah"

Then nothing, no downloading, no trace of me ever putting the code in! It just prompts me to BUY the game!

What can I do to fix this!?!

Hey there, JZX89! I found your thread in our Sunset Overdrive forums and moved you over into our Support Forums to get proper assistance. I'm going to give you a few troubleshooting steps to see what we've got going on.

Does it show up under My Games & Apps? If it's grayed out, highlight it and hit the Menu button. See if you can force the download there.

If you don't see it, please remove your profile and then hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds. Boot it back up, download your profile, and then see if it downloads once you sign in. If it doesn't start, please follow the instructions above.

Hello. I am also having this same issue. I bought the console bundle and manually entered the game code. It said it redeemed, then nothing. I can confirm that it does not show in My Games & Apps. I'll try the other option of deleting my profile and re-downloading
the profile again.

 

After having removed my profile and shut down the console it still does not show up in My Games & Apps.

 

Same issue. Tried removing my profile and shutting it down and it isn't in my games list.

 

I had this issue and finally figured out that there are two codes. Did you scratch off and enter both codes?

Indeed there are two codes. If only the paper actually indicated this I wouldn't have lost my mind trying to figure this out.

 

hello, i use to use a xbox 360, but it broke so i changed to xbox one sunset overdrive bundle. i got it on october 28, 2014 and today i was setting it up. i typed in the 25 digit code and it says congrats. then i go to my queue section and i see sunset overdrive,
but in 1 second it just disappears and then its gone, nothing left, i typed code in again and it says its been used. i was very frustrated and so i chatted with a support employee, she was very nice and helpful. SO BASICALLY there have been multiple reports
of this problem and they are trying to fix it. the employee said that it might take up to 48hours. but when its fixed it will pop up. you can chat with a support if you have any questions, i am also experiencing what you are experiencing and i think many others
are too. i hoped this helped a little or at least gave you an idea of whats happening.

and what i think is that microsoft shouldnt release something when it still has MAJOR bugs like this one, and even so, they take 48hours to fix, i mean seriously, you have billions of dollars and you need 2 days???
