Sunset Overdrive Bundle Code

I just tried to download Sunset Overdrive with the code that came with the bundle. It recognized the code but did not start the download and I can't seem to find any acknowledgement that I own the game. When I try to use the code again it says I have already
used it. I am not sure what to do.

Uhh I guess you havent heard of the COD bundle or the Sunset Overdrive bundle

 

On the console, go to My Games & Apps and see if there's anything in the Queue. It should be there showing download progress. If not, go to My Games & Apps > Games and scroll to the far right. There should be a grey pane that appears if you wait a little
while. Once it appears, you should see a tile showing Sunset Overdrive. Click A, then confirm, and it will begin the download.

The game is for sure not in my Queue. When I go to My Games & Apps > Games and scroll to the right, it only shows that I am downloading the Master Chief Collection (Which I am) and to the right of that is the "Find More in the Xbox Store" panel.

 

If you leave it there for a minute or two, does nothing else populate there? This grey pane I am talking about shows everything you own but for whatever reason it takes a while to actually show up.

So I was looking at the games listed under "Top Games Right Now" and I selected Sunset overdrive. Where most games list the price, it says "unavailable" which is strange because it is only for the game in this category it seems and it is the only game which
says this at all.

 

Alright, I have the answer to your problem simply because I've dealt with someone else who had a similar issue.

What happened was you entered a code for the game's DLC. There are two codes that came with that bundle (not sure if they were on the same card or not), one for the DLC and one for the full Game. Hunt down the second code and you'll be in business.

 

Thanks, that was the problem. There is a large scratch-off area that contains the codes and when I started scratching and saw the first code I assumed that was the one. Thanks for the help.
