    Sunset Overdrive Bundle and Ryse Offer - Never Received


    Hello,

    I had spoke with customer service earlier today and I was told to create a thread on this community board. I had bought my Sunset Overdrive, Xbox One bundle prior to Nov 1. I had redeemed my download, but I had never received my copy of Ryse. Assistance
    is appreciated as I have been patient and this has been very disappointing for me.

    Ryse game token not received and have signed into xbox live on 31st

    I have bought a xbox one white sunset overdrive bundle on 31st october but I signed into xbox live at 7 - 8pm but I haven't anything regarding ryse full game download token and there is a promotion going on when you sign into the sunset overdrive xbox one
    bundle before 31st you will get a message from xbox live that contains the ryse token that I haven't got ?

    in suggest you to send a message to XboxSupport channels on twitter , they are very responsive, and after you follow them , they will folow you and you'll be able to send Direct Message to them and have a little privacy . i kow that they helped me more than
    once day or night , 24/7.

    hope this will help a bit, sorry but can't help u about this offer as don't know a thing about it.

    The offer of the free Ryse code did not go out to everyone who purchased the Sunset Overdrive bundle. The offer was for those who had purchased it and played/set it up before October 31. The offer was also random and only went out to some people.
