Sunset Overdrive bonus DLC codes (Granny's Revenge costume/Rock N' Hop' ...

Hi there!

As the subject suggests, really - I got free DLC codes for Sunset Overdrive (the 'Granny's Revenge' costume from the Twitter promotion, and the 'Rock N' Hop' headphones from the 'Walter's Workshop' site), and redeemed them on the appropriate page at Xbox.com,
without issue, prior to the game's release on Oct. 31.

However, unlike my game download, GAME.co.uk retailer-specific DLC and Day One edition content, neither of those items were added to my download queue on my Xbox One, and haven't shown up in-game, either.

I've looked at my download history (Sign in to your Microsoft account), and while it doesn't show specifics for Xbox One downloads (they just appear as 'Unknown Title'),
all five codes are present and accounted for as being successfully redeemed. That said, if I try to add them to the download queue again, I get a 'this item is no longer available' message.

Is there any way to recover these items/retry downloading them? At present, the Twitter promotion (as detailed here: Free Sunset Overdrive DLC Costume "Granny’s Revenge" Now Available Directly from Microsoft)
is no longer available, so it's not possible to get another code for that specific DLC (the Walter's Workshop site is still up, but I don't know if that'll work either, since I technically have a code for its DLC redeemed in my download history - not sure
if it will allow another for the same item).

I redeemed the Sunset Overdrive vanity bundle dlc code that I received in a message on my xbox one. I redeemed in on xbox.com and then I deleted the code cause it said it worked. I have been playing and still no items.
