Sunset overdrive - being kicked to home screen after approx. 5 seconds

so I got the sunset overdrive digital copy from games with gold. Installed the game and went to launch it. After about 5 seconds of being at on the sunset overdrive screen I get put back to the home screen. I have tried refreshing the dashboard, I have tried
power cycling, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the game still won't play. And help would be much appreciated.

Xbox One display problems

I just bought the white Sunset Overdrive Xbox One bundle and I'm having display problems with a game of mine. I have Rayman Legends and every time I put it in I get a static screen with a tiny little box in the right hand corner that actually displays the
game. It lasts for about 5 seconds before going away. It hasn't happened with movies or with my downloaded copy of Sunset Overdrive.

Alien: Isolation. With Sunset Overdrive coming in a very close second.

 

I am having this exact same error. I have tried rebooting, unplugging, different profiles, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing helps. I even tried a factory reseting the entire xbox. Game will not play

Still haven't heard any way to fix this issue. Have pretty much tried all their troubleshooting methods and still can not play the game.

 

Hopefully it is a bug or something

Same issue happening here. Full restart of xbox didn't help. All other games working fine. (where's eventlog, lol)

 

Okay guys my game works now what you have to do is uninstall the game and change your power settings to energy saving after that shutdown your xbox like full shutdown and leave it for a couple mins then launch it back up and go to the market place store
page and press install from there not inside you games tab

 

Has the above fix worked for anyone else? I'm trying now but with my pathetic broadband it could take days

 

I had somewhat tried this fix but didn't work. Will try doing it again but using those exact steps and will keep you informed.
