Sunset Overdrive Autosave Menu Loop with PC Game pass

I've seen a lot of these questions and they always end up in the same spot with "Update your drivers, reinstall, restart, etc." and they end up dead with no solution. I've tried all of those possibilities, so what I'm looking for is something that will actually work. I've also tried installing it on my C: drive to no avail because some games seem to only work when that's the case. Basically, I'm asking if anyone has found a way for the game to get past the autosave disclaimer screen and actually be playble.
