Sunset Overdrive achievement not unlocking?

Ok, first and foremost I'm going to say this right off the bat: I know about the whole service alert. Alright that's now taken care of. Now my specific issue is due to a collectible achievement that just doesn't want to unlock even though I just unlocked
something. Well this needs a little backstory so I'll just put that here now. I was playing earlier this morning and decided to go and get all of the shoe collectibles since I had the time. I did and as soon as I collected number 150 of 150 the achievement
didn't unlock. I then checked the Support side of the site and saw the status alert. I said, "Ok, it'll unlock later like when that 'Here Come the Guardians' achievement in the Master Chief Collection glitched on me and didn't unlock until a day later. No
problem." I then just got home an hour or so ago and tried to get it to unlock as it's been a while and figured that since a few of my friends were starting to unlock achievements and they were being reported in the "activity" app that mine would unlock as
well. Well it didn't. My progress stayed the same as it had been since I played last on 1/8 (as that was when the last challenge achievement unlocked for me and I put it down for a while). I even met the requirements of this week's challenge and that was reset
to zero as well. I just redid the challenge and it DID unlock after redoing it. I just went inside of Halo: MCC and got the date specific achievement for the 16th of the month just a few minutes ago, so some achievements are apparently starting to work again.
So what do I do about this one 10G achievement which I have all the collectibles for and met the requirement and even have the piece of clothing specific for this collectible once all 150 had been collected and there's no way to collect another one as I have
ALL 150 of them so there are no more to hopefully force the achievement to unlock? I mean, I really don't want to delete my gamesave and restart all from scratch as I have put around 30+ hours into this particular gamesave and it would suck [lemons] if I had
to redo everything just because the servers weren't working on LIVE's side of things.

810 Collectibles Collected and no Achievements!

I was watching a movie on Netflix the other night when an achievement unlocked. I thoght "What the heck was that for?" Turned out to be a Sunset Overdrive achievement and I'd not played for 2 days??

Achievements need fixed before they start adding new UI features,

On other note anyone know how to stop Sunset Overdrive recording clips like every 5 minutes

 

Sunset OverDrive Chaos Squad Achievement stuck Done! Unlocking.

Achievement says Done! Unlocking for over 72 hours. Sunset OverDrive Chaos in the Robot Factory

 

I wouldn't delete anything yet. I would wait until the service alert is over before trying anything. Earned achievements should unlock once they get the issue fixed. My progress all said 0% yesterday but the achievements I should have earned unlocked today,
but have the correct date on my profile.
