Hi

I completed the summer spotlight promotion on Microsoft rewards.

You get 5000 rewards points and £8 gift card for spending £35 on selected games.

I bought deaths door and keywe.

I got the reward points but never received the gift card. I contacted Microsoft points support but they said I need to speak to Xbox support.

Did anyone complete and receive the gift card.

And does anyone know how to speak to a human at Xbox support.

I did contact them. They told me to speak to Xbox. But it's difficult to get hold of a person

Hi. it was in August 2021. It registered as complete and I got the reward points. Just not yet received the giftcard.
