summer quest progress

Hi, I've had issues with quest tracking in the past, but I am 100% sure I fulfilled the most recent leg:

Log into your console every day, now – August 6.
and it has not counted as completed. I'm pretty sure I have fulfilled the requirements for the other summer quest legs but have never had both requirements marked as completed at the same time. I'd really like to get the entry for the scorpio xbox and the
bonus prize! Can anyone look into this issue for me?

Game Pass Summer Quest. 18 yrs old or 13 yrs old???

On game pass summer quest it say must be 18 years or older but on the check your quest progress page it say 13 year or older. I'm 13 and it wont let me do the summer quest. So this might be or mistake but I really want to do the game pass summer quest.

 

Xbox live quests progress page says membership is expired

As I was going to check my progress on the latest summer edition quests, the page said I was no longer eligible and my membership had expired. I’ve checked and I still have another year till I need to renew it and I’ve been able to participate in the quests
in previous months. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this. Thanks.

 

The tracking and support for the quests have been spotty; they have some processes that run and update them, but not regularly, so it's not often reflected on the website or in the quest.

Even when the quests have not updated to show that I've completed them, I have still received the message from Xbox Live that they were completed when those messages are applicable (each quest/set of quests don't always have messages associated). So despite
them not being surfaced, they do track completion if you've done the requirements on the backend.

 

thanks for the info! The tracking seems to be spotty since the beginning, even with the front-end stuff getting spruced up along the way. Hopefully it will get better going forward.

 

Yes, they have a page available to track at xboxliveoffers.com but I've had some of the same tracking issues show up there as well as via the console on the Subscriptions tab, but please trust that it is properly being tracked in
the background and you'll still receive the rewards if you complete the requirements.
