    Suggestion regarding VPN access


    Hi,

    Just a suggestion for a future (sooner rather than later) update.

    Keep the exe file in one location. I understand Microsoft really wants to work as apps (everything is contained in a file to keep from unauthorized modification of files)

    However, this means I have to go searching for exe files manually and usually it seems like some programs (looking at Netflix) won't allow me to find the location of the exe file.

    The reason for this is for that program to bypass the VPN service. That is that instead of having the traffic routed through my VPN service it uses the regular internet connection.

    PIA added a feature called "split-tunnel", which allows me to pick and choose which service avoid using the VPN service. However, it seems certain programs use different services or don't have a local exe file. This means that I need to shut down my VPN
    to log in or use those programs. This includes Xbox on PC program.

    I keep adding xboxappservices.exe, but the folder name changes constantly making the link I added no longer valid.

    Current location is as follows,

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.GamingApp_2007.1001.9.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

    However I expect this to change either next time I do a startup or when there is an update.

    What isnt legal is to use vpns to bypass international laws

    No vpns will help in your case nor can anyone help you as using one or suggesting a way to reroute access to content you arent supposed to have access to

    Have you tried accessing Fortnite without a VPN? Some game servers do not allow access of VPN's.

    If this doesn't work, please reply let me know and we can try something else.

    I wouldn't recommend using VPN's in the relationship with Xbox Live.

    Can you connect without using any VPN client?

    Sorry about that, you should contact your ISP to make a official compliant , maybe the police too.

    I suggest you to use a VPN service too, like this your ip is hidden for others...

    Only by havimg a us account and a vpn for us ip which will be what's stoping yoiu from accessing canadian marketplace

    Only by having a us xbox account and a us netflix account which requires a us ip which only a us vpn can emulate

    Turn off the vpn or if you are accessing your net thru a vpn server don't access it

    Your brother is most likely using a vpn to tunnel your netflix

    You will have to turn that off
