Discus and support Suggestion: Cancel download confirmation in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Can we please get a confirmation for canceling downloads?     Can we please get a confirmation for canceling downloads? I just spent a week downloading call of duty warzone it was at %98.96 and paused it to look something up and when I went to unpause it I canceled it, didnt even notice until a couple minutes later, Why is this not a thing? I just ruined my weekend plans and wont get to play with MY DYING COUSIN this weekend, its possibly his last and we were going to play warzone all weekend, thanks a lot Microsoft.

    download queue?

    You can cancel the download by going to the download queue, but once you've confirmed a purchase you will be charged for it. You can't cancel the actual purchase.

    Forza Horizon stuck in download loop.

    Sorry I should have been more specific, I have tried Cancel download - press the Guide button (big central silver button), press Left and scroll down to Active Downloads. Press A, then select Forza Horizon and select Cancel Download. Confirm.

    Deleting the partial/corrupted file - From the dashboard, go to Settings/Storage/[All Devices]/Games/Forza Horizon, select the file with and choose Delete. Confirm.

    But that didn't resolve the issue, I tried your other suggestion of downloading other files larger that Forza Horizon & then Forza Horizon itself, the other files download fine but Forza still gets caught in a download loop.

    I've just formatted my Xbox 360 in a last hope that that will resolve it.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your subscription. We at this forum can't do anything regarding accounts and you have to reach out to
    support.xbox.com to get the issue resolved, if any.

    You can go to Services & subscriptions @ account.microsoft.com to see your current subscription status.

    To cancel your Microsoft subscription:

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions, and sign in with the Microsoft account you used when purchasing your subscription.
    2. Find your subscription and select Manage. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, skip to the Troubleshooting section - otherwise proceed to step 3.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type.
    4. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

    If you had prepaid MONTHS stacked in the xgu you forfeit the balance cancelation of the xgu only refunds the 1 dollar a month

    AbuvVelazquez51 I suggest canceling the download and download it before you goto bed. You can turn of your console, but first turn on the automatic download in the settings. The reason I suggest this is so you don't have to wait for it to download when you
    want to do something else. So it should be done in the morning.
