    Suggestion and Request For 4K Capture Issue


    -Latest update 4.6 (2006.200601-2000) not fixed 4K capture issue (corrupt 22 sec file) already well known issue...

    -I am not writing this to repeat same thing over and over, I wand to give a suggestion and request here: As we already mentioned earlier (many guys confirmed): update from 29.5 (2006.200527-0000) is fixed 4K capture issue and it was worked just perfect and better than ever I would say.

    -Can you please make exception in this case and somehow give as opportunity (for those who wants - through app) to update our consoles again with same update from 29.5 (2006.200527-0000). I belive this team is capable enough to make it somehow possible!

    -I'm sure like me here is more youtube creators who use xbox (4K) recording feature and this it is our main tool for work, and is vary hart and stressful for us to work with this kind of issue.

    Any time soon can we expect update with fix for 4K capture?

    At this moment our only option is to capture 1080p 30fps and it is
    really bad for gaming in modern days, 4K 60fps is just standard for gaming now days. I see on my channel significant drop in traffic when I upload 1080p 30fps.

    I bought Xbox one X just because of 4K capture feature and
    nowexperience this issue with no
    solutions for days.

    Why are you wanting to capture at 4K? the Xbox One S doesnt render any game at 4k, so all you will be doing is capturing an upscaled image.

    maybe because the 4K captures takes a lot of memory, try to minimize the capture duration through capture settings and make sure that your captures storage is not full then try again.
