[Suggestion]Allow us to more easily sort our Download Queue

The website will only allow you to queue a download. There is no way to directly download any games or content from the website. Sorry, I don't have any suggestions about the connection.

Based on the description, there is unknown game or app that is appearing in your download queue and cannot be removed. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We suggest waiting until all the games in queue are completely downloaded and installed then restart the device thereafter. Let us see if that will remove the unknown app or game that is showing in your download queue. It is possible that it is looping in the app.

Yes, I am using that link lol. I am very experienced in using all of xbox.com's features, but for some odd reason, it will just not allow me to view the Download Queue.
