    Suggestion: Allow recording of Xbox Settings Applications


    A well known game company has requested that I submit screenshots of the xbox settings app to their support team in the process of fixing a bug involving connectivity on their game when their game alone is the one that is broken. So my suggestion is to allow users to take screenshots and videos of the settings as a way to respond to these incompetent companies.

    really some ways of display cause the xbox game bar not to record the application. try setting to window and test.

    Another fact is that some apps use features that don't allow recording and unfortunately there's nothing you can do but use another app.

    Hi There,

    There is no way to separate audio between applications when recording, it is recording audio captured from your default audio device set on your computer, unless you could some how separate the applications to use different audio devices it would record
    any audio broadcasting on your audio device.
