I cant wait until xbox live is sued again this company 110% is one of the top companys that needs to get bankrupted or ran by somebody else this company does NOT care for customers they're only out for the MONEY they dish more out then what they need to
robbing players of their rights! I was hit with 2 account communications in the same day not even within a hour window period when i went to appeal The next day it resultes in a account suspension then if you call support they direct you to appeal but appealing
gets you late response or unresponable retarded enforcement crack heads response saying what happened which in half the case you wont remember their lowkey PIGS this company deserves to get sued AGAIN us players shouldnt stand for this crap no more spending
money on these crack heads that dont even offer a response for us to appeal for our bans or suspension besides telling us theres NOTHING that they can do I suggest a mass form of ex xbox players rally together and sue the living **** out of this COMPANY they
do NOT deserve a single dollar their pieces of CRAP that rob money from players off their credit cards aswell charging more then what they should hoping their players wont catch them in the act aswell I suggest if you're ever considering XBONE never do it.

we all pay subscription and i for one am sick of people hacking and glitching games just to win . this is not what i pay for and neither do you ,microsoft allow this because they still get youre money plus the cheats money .if u chip ure xbox u will get
a life time ban why is this i wonder , if they are going to stop the rot go all the way . my gamer tag is ,message me to join my fight against cheating scum who cannot play a fair game which is what we all play for . ps im not american

If upheld.maybe you should consider what they tell you as the rules are pretty much the same on any server if it was cursing during a fight it doesn't matter who started it whoever breaks the rules gets punished

A phone number or email would be spammed and it would be useless as you'd never get thru

And dispute what you think everything is investigated

By multiple teams

If it's a 24ban then you must wait

And no it wouldn't have been within the hour of the MSG it takes days to weeks before anything is investigated

Maybe you should start keeping everything e for everyone

First one I'm guessing was a communications ban for cursing

Second one maybe a 24hour ban from multmultpilayer neither is case reviewBle

 

They banned me 3 times which makes no sense I remade a post with screenshots they hit me with 3 actions for the same reason which is absouletly a joke I went for a appeal they didnt like it hit me with a account suspension for 2-3 weeks

 

You realize you are quickly moving towards a total ban from the service with that account and in danger of losing the account and everything associated with it? It can't be that hard to resist behaving in a manner that repeatedly gets you banned for the
same thing.

I've already talked to xbox support about it 3 suspensions while being chat ban is skeptical look at the dates how does one get account suspension on a chat ban how does a chat ban happen when still on a chat ban? Come on now its not rocket science its abuse
i could care less for a permant ban or console ban then my case is just easier and free money in my pocket in the terms of service i dont think it says bend over, and let us use and abuse your account but appreantly at this point i minds well until i am permantly

Any report filed against you has to be investigated first which takes time so you were not suspended for something you did while serving a suspension,you were suspended again for something you did several weeks or longer before you were even serving the
first suspension.

Freedom of speech does not apply to xbox live.Microsoft sets the rules & everyone must follow them,including you.If that means no swearing then you don't swear.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

I'm surprised you haven't been permanently banned yet with that amount of suspensions.

As you already know how to file for a case review there's nothing anyone on the forums can do.
