Sudoku won't log in

Discus and support Sudoku won't log in in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I start Microsoft Sudoku it says it can't find an internet connection.     Sudoku won't log in


    When I start Microsoft Sudoku it says it can't find an internet connection. Yet solitaire, minesweeper, jigsaw and others all sign on easily. And obviously I can get to this website. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't help. Any ideas?

    i cannot log into 2 microsoft games, but i can log into 3 other microsoft games??

    I cannot log into Microsoft Sudoku, but I can log into 3 other Microsoft games????

    Past two days I cannot log in to Sudoku app. No other app is blocked except the Sudoku

    system does not allow sudoku app to log on

    There seems to be some problems with the service.

    Let's hope MS fixes it soon.

    Can you try downloading the Sudoku app in your phone and check if the issue persist there?

    If everything works in your phone, try signing out and then log in with your account in the Sudoku app and test again

    Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

    I just installed the latest update, and it won't load. What is happening is that it's failing to login to xbox.com from the xbox apps. I can login to xbox.com in edge AND chrome, but I start Microsoft Sudoku and it tells me it's sorry but it can't log me
    in right now, try logging in to xbox.com and restarting the app.

    Obviously they have problems, but support from Microsoft seems to be at their traditional level: useless.
