    Sudoku won't always load


    First - Microsoft certainly doesn't make it easy to fix a problem - I have been linked to four different sites to get here - very frustrating.

    Second - I have already explained this so I hope I explain it right: On Sudoku, I can only do daily challenges about 1/3 of the time because when I try to load the game, the load icon appears, and then just never leaves. I try pretty often and sometimes
    it will load, but inexplicably, when I move on to the next game, it starts to load and never comes up. I enjoyed these games and am getting tired of not being able to resolve this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Microsoft casual games community.
    Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
    support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Minesweeper and Sudoku are not able to launch, and they are giving you an error message. We recommend making sure that

    Windows 10 is up to date    . Also, we suggest
    uninstalling and reinstalling the games    . If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, go ahead and perform

    a clean boot    . A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
    so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results BethPear!

    I tried everything in the list. Nothing helped. I did not make any changes to my PC. I have Windows set to update automatically. Also, I am not sure when this started happening. Daylight Savings time changed the time on my pc. I went back and resynched
    the date/time and that did not help.
