    Sudoku - what happened to all the badges and games I won in August


    Yesterday August 31st 2017, sign on to play last 3 daily challenges for the Month and all but 3 days show up, I figure it was a glitch with loading but played the days challenges anyway and finish them all. I go and Check today and it says I had a Bronze
    badge when I had played everyday and finished them all. What is going? is this going to happen again?

    Daily Challenge Badges = Missing

    Just noticed today that my Daily Challenge Badges for August are missing; it says "No badges won". I had completed all of the challenges in August and definitely had all 3 badges!

    Previous months Daily Challenge Badges no longer showing in Taptiles Version 4.2

    I have just updated Taptiles to the latest version via the Windows 8.1 Store App, and to stop the adverts I then purchased the 12 months Premium edition, however now the only Daily Challenge Badges, which are showing as being earned are for August 2014 and the
    Bronze Badge I have just won.

    No, it doesn't affect your coins anyway. As for the statistics, this is what it says for me:-

    Challenges won 834

    Challenges played 694

    Days completed 166

    Bronze badges won 6

    Silver badges won 6

    Gold badges won 5

    coins for this month 16,350.

    How I can win more than I've played, I don't know !! But, as you probably know the statistics sometimes play up. I did have a fastest time of 1.09 mins on freecell, but a couple of months back all my statistics changed and now I have a fastest time of
    1.25 mins.

    Problem with access to Sudoku

    I have the exact same problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can click on the green xbox button in the upper right corner of Sudoku, and sign into xbox just fine, but Sudoku can't sign in. Have even exited Sudoku, and punched the "Play Sudoku" button
    within xbox, which starts Sudoku, but Sudoku still can't connect. All of my other games work fine.

    I have seen a message from time to time within Sudoku over the last 2 days which seems to say that this is a new version and you don't have to sign into xbox to play, but then I lose all my history of what has happened in the last 4 years. The message disappears
    before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    It didn't change anything, but thanks for the suggestion. It's weird. You can see my points on the "leader board" with 22,800 points, but when you look at the individual statistics of the daily challenges, the points / coins are not there. I had earned
    a gold "badge", but the file says "no badges won" so far in June. Open to any suggestions. Sort of frustrated that it happened at the end of the month!

    Ultimate Word Games on Windows 10 -- Cannot Sync Game Data with Cloud

    I tried uninstalling and re-installing on my Surface, but the only thing that accomplished was wiping out all of my Ultimate Word Games data on that computer. My Solitaire Collection and Sudoku games are all syncing just fine. I will try the Factory
    Reset on my Surface and see what happens.

    I cant get into my games to play a game. all I get is sign in error and error code 1170000

    Further comment: I was able to access the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my computer running Windows 8.1. After that I was able to also access the Collection via the computer running Windows 10 since they are wirelessly interconnected. So now I can
    access & play. However my solitaire "game history" for all of September (as well as most August "badges") have not carried over, Badges for July and before ARE available!
