    Sudoku stopped with latest Windows 10


    With the latest release of Windows 10 MS Sudoku seems to have stopped working completely. It will not get past the second splash screen, then nothing happens - no choice of level, nothng. Any ideas?

    One year later, none solution, unable to sign with Microsoft Sudoku and CAN sign with Microsoft Solitaire. Windows 10.

    Can you try uninstalling the game, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to see if that helps?

    MICROSOFT SUDOKU

    I have what looks like the same problem. Windows 10 fully up to date Version 1909 Build 18363.535 on a Lenovo laptop.

    I can play Solitaire and Mahjong without a problem.

    The Sudoku logo should slide off screen to the right, but it doesn't. If I minimize the window Sudoku then crashes. Reliability History says "Sudoku stopped responding and was closed"

    I have reported this through Windows Feedback and at Microsoft Casual Games without any response.

    Do you have your Windows 10 with the latest updates?

    Also, maybe your antivirus is interfering somehow with the game launching?
    I have the latest Windows 10 update, also I'm using Windows Defender and I did'n saw anything may stop it launch.

    And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.
    Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
    Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.
