Sudoku not saving completed puzzels

    Sudoku not saving completed puzzels


    When I complete daily puzzle it shows complete and it shows the blue ribbon, but when I sign out and then sign in again it is no longer there.

    It shows that I completed the puzzles for Nov. 1,2 and 3, but after that it shows 0 for the day even though I had completed the games for that day.

    Where are you experiencing this problem? On my home network
    On PC or mobile? PC (Surface Pro)
    If it's on PC, are you using Windows 10 or 11? Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1
    If it's on mobile, are you using an Android or iOS device? N/A
    And what did you tried so far to fix this problem? Nothing really. After I complete a game, I'll close out Sudoko and then restart it later but I'm not sure what else I can do.

    Can you try downloading the Sudoku app in your phone and check if the issue persist there?

    If everything works in your phone, try signing out and then log in with your account in the Sudoku app and test again

    I installed the app on my phone and when I logged in it reflected the same information as on my Surface Pro. However, since then the games have saved again over the last couple of days.

    This has happened in the past sporadically and then fixed itself too so I'll keep playing and update if the issue starts again.
