Sudoku missing daily challenge badge

Discus and support Sudoku missing daily challenge badge in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I recently happened to click on "show award history" in Sudoku, I noticed the March badges were missing.     Sudoku missing daily challenge badge


    When I recently happened to click on "show award history" in Sudoku, I noticed the March badges were missing. I know I completed all the daily challenges.

    Here are relevant facts:

    • no other games I play are missing badges
    • I have run the troubleshooter and it said it fixed the store cache issue.
    • windows and the app are both up to date
    • I have removed and reinstalled the game.
    Looking at award history is not something I typically look at, so I have no idea if they ever showed in history.

    Any idea what's going on? Does anyone else have this problem?

    sudoku keeps looping back to start

    When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

    Daily Challenge Badges = Missing

    Just noticed today that my Daily Challenge Badges for August are missing; it says "No badges won". I had completed all of the challenges in August and definitely had all 3 badges!

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
