    sudoku lock-ups, crashes and ads


    Why, as a paying Premium subscriber, am I subjected to loooong Seek & Find ads before almost every Sudoku game? MS Sudoku frequently (almost 1/2 the time) locks-up or completely crashes during a game. When I restart the "paused" game, I have to sit through
    that same Seek/Find ad. sudoku lock-ups, crashes and ads :(

    Freeze up Jigsaw

    Same problem as Microsoft Sudoku is having. Game locks up while ads are loading.

    Sudoku and solitaire keep crashing

    When I click on daily challenges and Sudoku or Solitaire start to run the ads, the program crashes. It's been happening for three days now. It doesn't happen with Mahjong though. What can I do to get the games to not crash?

    Microsoft Sudoku has a problem with the Ad before a game

    Ok, I tried to perform a clean boot and I got the problem to change. Sudoku would now crash as it starts (the Sudoku window will appear and then disappear). I tried to reset and then to uninstall/reinstall Sudoku and now I am back to it loading but when
    I try to play any game, I get the end screen of the ad and when I close the ad, I go back to the selection screen. Is there a log file somewhere that will tell me what is going on?

    I am manually checking for updates and windows has no updates available/pending. I have exited the clean boot (after Sudoku was crashing) and I am ready to try the next troubleshooting step.

    MICROSOFT SUDOKU

    I have what looks like the same problem. Windows 10 fully up to date Version 1909 Build 18363.535 on a Lenovo laptop.

    I can play Solitaire and Mahjong without a problem.

    The Sudoku logo should slide off screen to the right, but it doesn't. If I minimize the window Sudoku then crashes. Reliability History says "Sudoku stopped responding and was closed"

    I have reported this through Windows Feedback and at Microsoft Casual Games without any response.
