    When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

    Sudoku keeps looping back to start screen -- will not open any daily challenges nor sudoku games. Has been doing this for at least 4 days now.

    Let's have you try uninstalling Microsoft Sudoku, followed by a restart of your PC. Once your PC is back up, download the app again and give it another try. Keep us looped in with how it goes :)

    Done that - it made no difference - in the store it ways that I own the app and once downloaded i get the same message
