    Sudoku is slow


    Sudoku, jigsaw puzzle, solitaire are slow to post numbers or to change to a different number. and in the middle of the game, just closes completely. It must be restarted and the old puzzle grid is gone, and replaced by a new one. On timed games, this really
    bad...the timer continues but it is stuck without the number not posting after 15-20 seconds. Can you tell me how to fix?

    Microsoft Sudoku is running very slowly

    I play both Microsoft Solitare and Sudoku. Solitare runs great. Sudoku is extremely slow and annoying. Why is this and , more importantly, why has nobody fixed it yet ?

    Microsoft and Sudoku hang

    I find that Microsoft Jigsaw and Sudoku hang while ads are loading. The ads are slow to load meaning the games spend most of their time not running (although, the clock in Sudoku keeps running). They are both unplayable!

    Same issue here.

    It looks like you have to use Edge for the Microsoft casual games community to work.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Microsoft Sudoku is running very slowly

    I agree completely. I've even gone into my Task Manager and checked off everything else that's running, turned them off and still find Microsoft Sudoku too slow, making it worthless. Even frustrating! I've noted this to Microsoft and haven't had the courtesy
    of a single response. Even the aads running on the game site are running slowing. I have tested this on my Surface Pro, my desktop and tablet. Same problem.
