    Sudoku is no longer enjoyable, with random pauses and freezes while timer continues


    I am a Senior Program Analyst writing code in a 4GL language. I know what is happening, but I cannot understand why MS will not fix it. The problem is that when a new ad appears, the ad window is taking the input focus. The game window keeps running,
    as evidenced by the clock. Depending on the ad, the ad window will not take the focus, it will pause then release focus, or it will hold focus until the ad changes. Come on MS. This is an easy fix. It is obviously the ad window since the freeze/pause problem
    appears over several different games.

    Sudoku freezing

    I play 4 Microsoft collections.

    The only one that is a problem is Sudoku. While playing the clock continues but the game freezes and the keyboard freezes.

    Please fix. I have 3 games that I cannot finish because of this error.

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.

    No, the problem is not fixed. When the ads transition board freezes and sometimes drops off. Timer continues to tick.

    Netflix Keeps Crashing

    are people still having this issue? Mine's pretty extreme, it started off with random pauses and needing to be re-buffered, but now it's freezing my xbox. I restart it and it works just fine but I'm scared to continue to use netflix on xbox til it gets fixed.
    If anybodys got news plz keep me posted.

    Lip Sync Issues when playing blu-ray on Xbox One.

    Having severe issues with freezing issues. If left paused for a while or after watching for several minutes it freezes picture. Will not play or pause or allow any you to do anything. Please fix soon. Happened after update. Worked fine before that.

    I really hope MS will give us more options with this kind of thing instead of making the choices for us. Why do we only get to choose 1 hour or 6 hours?

    Also regarding the sleep/off timer, if people are walking in front of Kinect, does this reset the timer? I noticed that some times when I pause a game for a while, the screen dims (like it always has) but when I went to continue playing and stepped in front
    of connect, it lit back up to full brightness like it would if I had pressed a button on the controller.
