Sudoku is messed up!

Discus and support Sudoku is messed up! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; No matter what I do in the game, it bounces me back to start.     Sudoku is messed up!


    No matter what I do in the game, it bounces me back to start. I've tried doing the daily challenge and just the one at a time games, and the same thing happens again. Please try to fix this bug or incorrect programming. This is one of my favorite games and
    I know I'm not the only one who loves it.

    Ive been in your games a few times.

    I normally quit when you get that guy who runs to the first command post just so he can get his ribbon.

    Re the Beserkers the game will spawn the Scorchers at the start of the wave and in fact keep dropping ammo for them untill you finish the wave.

    The aim of Horde is to reach and complete wave 50... so what the HELL is the point in joining if you're just going to leave after 20 waves!??!?!

    Although I may have never played Sudoku, I know this isn't right, haha. I am sorry that you are having this issue and I hope these steps will resolve it! What I will have you do is try to Uninstall and Reinstall the game. After you do that the game should
    be back up and running! Have a great rest of your week and hopefully you can get some fun Sudoku playing in!

    DUDE!!! It happened again! I have uninstalled my apps on laptop and phone, changed my gamertag and my password, 2 times now, and I wake up this morning to my stats totally different than last night. This is freaking me out! Who is playing on my game and why would they? Is it maybe some weird glitch in the game? Is there any way to contact someone who designs this game?

    It is happening on both the phone app and the desktop app, they sync.
    I have done nothing to troubleshoot because I could find nothing online that addressed this issue. It's like the game has a mind of its own, or someone is playing on my game.
    I am connected to the XBox Microsoft account. I'm Laylalulala.

    Also, may I know if you have your Microsoft account connected to the game or are you playing as guest?
