    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro


    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

    I'm also having this problem on Surface pro 4 for Mahjong and Sudoku. Just downloaded and tried minesweeper and it's doing it there too. I actually have no problems playing these games on my old Surface pro 1 (with windows 10 installed on it too). The only
    game that works on surface pro 4 is Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Same issue for... Solitaire, Mah-jong, Sudoku. Started happening a few days ago. Ads freeze and don't allow me to play the daily challenges. Getting rid of my surface, and replacing with an android tablet..... tired of Microsoft BS.

    My Surface Pro is freezing after starting Microsoft Solitaire Collection, I have to hard boot it. This has been happening for 4-5 days now, I even restored my system. I gave up and downloaded a different solitaire game on my Win 7 PC. bummer
