Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10 and log out of your account in the upper right corner, click on your profile picture, click on your account and then click on logout.

Then close the Microsoft Store app and type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar and run as administrator, wait for the screen to close automatically and open the store, log in again with your account in the app.

Then I'd recommend resetting the Sudoku and Mahjong apps. Here are the instructions to do so:

- Click Start and type "Apps & features".

- Select Apps & Features.

- Find the Mahjong and Sudoku apps in the list and select them.

- Click Advanced Options

- Click Reset.

After that try playing again and see if that solves the problem.

I'm afraid it won't help much. I've seen different reports of this issue (the casual game community, Facebook, here on the forum) about this, and I have the same issue myself also with Sudoku so I do believe it is a more general issue with some of the MS
casual games. Was not able to find official info though.
